It’s clear I’m not the only one – I must pin about 5 or so things a day, and by my numbers compared to others (repins, likes) is minimal. Some people are pinning 100 times a day, and have 1k+ likes on an item. The process of ‘pinning’ totally justifies randomly searching the web for hidden gems.
How cool is this nursery? Spotted in Susanna Salk’s Room for Children book.
It looks functional, as well as beautiful. I love the mix of pictures on the wall, as well as the bright gender-neutral colors.
Can one fall in love with a curtain panel? It’s quite possible I have fallen in love with this one.
Anthropologie Waving stripes Curtains – US$108-168 per panel, price depends on length.
I was checking out Reichel B’s Copy Cat Chic blog for interior design ideas when I came across the post about her nursery… it’s peacock themed, and I LOVE IT. It seems to have been inspired by this lovely lamp:
Here is a side table we’re thinking of getting for the living room. It’s from Industry>West, who have built upon the classic Tolix industrial aesthetic by making industrial furniture crafted from reclaimed woods, distressed fabrics and metals.
Can’t get a dog because the building won’t allow it? Always wanted to the view of Paris outside your window but never learnt French? Live out your dreams and customize your home with these gorgeous stickers for grown-ups at Paristic!
A few lovely things I’m lusting after at Jonathan Adler… bring on the bright spring colors!
A Day of Missoni at One Kings Lane – On sale are bath linens & robes, pillows, rugs, tablewares and quilts & comforters at cheap cheap prices. It’s quickly selling out so get in quick!
Who would’ve thought? I used to shop at Urban Outfitters when I was a student living in Los Angeles in 2005. I then got a job and discovered dresses, so I graduated to Anthropologie.com… and never looked back… until now. Urban Outfitters does some very cool, very affordable furniture. Now to convince ACT that we really do need a fainting sofa in antique gold velvet and a teal coat rack… for $579 and $79 I don’ t think I’ll have to argue much!
